Upgrading a traditional HVAC system has always been a pain. It’s a disruptive, costly and immensely time consuming process.
Office spaces shut down or relocate for the entire length of renovation, incurring massive overheads and colossal opportunity costs.
Building managers and engineers fuss over structural changes, painstakingly managing work crews to prevent accidental property damage while carefully monitoring load-bearing stresses.
Meanwhile, transport and handling of heavy galvanized steel ducts inevitably results in significant costs.
In short, everyone takes a sizable financial hit.
Not anymore.
Euro Air’s textile ducts are made of flexible, lightweight materials designed to reduce stress on ceilings and structural supports while rapidly speeding up installation times.
There’s never been an easier way to upgrade or renovate your office’s HVAC system.

“Our office in Hanoi, Vietnam used to struggle with uncomfortable draughts and runaway energy bills,” says Nguyen Song Nhat Anh, an office administrator with DK Engineering Ltd.
“But in a tropical climate like Vietnam, we knew that renovating our HVAC system would be a major challenge. Office upgrades take time, and we couldn’t just ask our staff to work in humid, 30 degree conditions for weeks on end while the job was underway,” Nhat Anh explains.
For DK Engineering, halting office operations to accommodate installing a new HVAC system just wasn’t an option.
“That’s why we were thrilled to learn that Euro Air, which provides a draught free, energy efficient office climate, can be installed in just a few days,” says Nhat Anh.
Like most offices, DK Engineering’s Hanoi Headquarters need to make the most of their available space.
Nhat Anh and the rest of the DK Engineering team were especially concerned about installing textile ducting in their main meeting room, where the ceilings are low and open space is at a premium.
“We loved the idea of having Euro Air’s textile ducts in the office, but we figured that our ceiling was just too low to fit everything in. That’s why we were so excited when Euro Air presented their new FBS panel system as a solution,” Nhat Anh recalls.

FBS panels are tiled ceiling diffusers utilising the Euro Air’s permeable textile materials. They’re ideal for suspended ceilings and operate at lower pressures than standard diffusers, providing a cost-saving and energy efficient alternative to galvanized steel ducts.
With FBS Panels, fresh air is evenly distributed across the entire surface of the panel, resulting in a healthier, draught-free indoor climate. Directional flow controlling baffles can be added to spread air across wider areas as well.
“The FBS Panels are perfect for our office. Our meeting room used to have unstable temperature along with occasional noise coming from the diffusers, but the new FBS Panels helped eliminate all those problems,” Nhat Anh says.

Along with tiled FBS Panels, Euro Air produces round, half-round and quarter-round textile ducts. These shapes can be mixed or matched to fit into any architectural plan. And since Euro Air produces all of their textile ducts as a customised solution, they’re even open to special requests.
Euro Air’s textile ducts can also be personalised by colour, size and air distribution system, providing a bespoke solution to any architectural, engineering or HVAC design challenge.
“With the ability to be customised in any colour, FBS Panels also bring our updated meeting room an aesthetic touch with DK Engineering Ltd’s theme colour, red,” Nhat Anh adds.

With their specially developed TBV-Designer software, Euro Air can provide drawings and technical documents unique to your architectural and engineering needs. You provide your required air flow rate, space dimensions and project goals, and Euro Air will use the TBV-Designer tool to provide a system that's tailor-made for you.
And the benefits of Euro Air’s textile ducts don’t just end with installation.
Textile ducting provides a range of continuous operational advantages over traditional HVAC systems.
From helping office managers save-energy and improve workplace hygiene, to eliminating subtle distractions and boosting employee productivity, textile ducting is a sure win for any upgrade project.
In a post-COVID world, employee safety and workplace hygiene have never been more important. Steel ducting, the old standard in HVAC design, simply no longer makes the cut. From draughty ventilation to condensation problems, steel ducts are a breeding ground for harmful bacteria.
By contrast, all of Euro Air’s textile ducts are made of non-corrosive, fire-resistant, and permeable non-organic polyester materials, eliminating the buildup of condensation and preventing the growth of mould and bacteria.
Textile ducts are also incredibly easy to take down, clean and reinstall, encouraging a more hygienic indoor environment.
“After months and months of use, we just recently checked the diffusers to see how well the FBS Panels are performing, and to our surprise, the inside of the diffusers are sparkly clean and dustless,” reports Nhat Anh.
“All in all, we’re extremely pleased with the new FBS Panels and we look forward to installing more of them all over our office during the next renovation,” says Nhat Anh.
